Meditating means to relax and let go.

Not thinking of anything, not concentrating on anything and letting go of your thoughts end emotions.

 

Meditation is the art of being without thought.

 

Our mind that constantly have something to say, spins past events or thinks about the future, takes away our peace and energy.

With asanas, breathing techniques and meditation, we bring our mind under control and make him free from thoughts.
